Wutabon works with companies, nonprofits, and other agencies to create opportunities for onsite tabling, information sessions, and other activities to connect immigrant workforces with important resources and services.

Wutabon partners with employers, training providers, and other organizations to develop contextualized skills-based training programs that are accessible to immigrant communities and prepare them to succeed in target occupations in various industries.

Wutabon partners with employers who are looking to expand their recruitment pipelines and interested in creating employment opportunities for the immigrant workforce. Wutabon will support the creation of employment pathways by supporting recruitment, screening, interview preparation, and hiring of immigrants to available job opportunities with our employer partners. We will also work with employer partners to develop new hiring pipelines, such as contextualized skills-based training-and-placement programs, to create additional employment pathways for immigrant workforces. We will also coordinate with employer partners to provide wraparound support services for their employees onsite at their workplaces, improving access to much-needed resources.
