Support Services

We work with our employer partners to provide essential services at the workplace.

Our range of support services fall into three core categories: Literacy, Wellness, and Social Services that can be easily accessed by employees.

Literacy

Our goal is to help immigrant workers improve their English proficiency and navigate the naturalization process for career growth and staff retention. Wutabon offers onsite ESOL and Citizenship classes with flexible schedules to meet employee and employer needs.

Wellness

Wutabon offers monthly onsite Wellness programs focusing on physical, emotional, and financial well-being to support immigrant workers. At Amazon, we have achieved this through wellness workshops, activities, and challenges that encourage daily wellness practices.

Social Services

Onsite social services are key to Wutabon’s mission to support immigrants' personal and professional growth. We partner with employers to provide access to a program ambassador and host monthly open houses with nonprofits to share resources.
